I ordered my card and paid the fee. A one month delivery time frame was expected, but I didn’t receive the card or any update by the last date. I tried contacting support, but there's no live agent—just a basic chatbot giving irrelevant responses. I also tried calling multiple times, but no one answered.

I deposited funds to order a debit card and boom! The account got locked and the amount got stuck... they told me to do the biometric but their app says no data in Nadra database 🤣 they won't accept issues with their app and told me to go to nadra 🤣 when i just opened the Mashreq account two days ago after biometric verification via mobile smoothly.. i wish i could see the reviews earlier and never created an account in opay.
