Update: customer support suggested I incorrectly filled in my phone number. I didn't, however I downloaded the app AGAIN, tried to log on, same issue... no code sent. Deleted again. Downloaded the app, tried to log in, had to wait for a security code..... never got one. Tried several times, no code. Uninstalled.

Hi. Thanks for reporting this issue. You need to fill in the phone number in international format. For example, for South Korea, the number must be 12 digits: 82 109 ХХХ ХХХХ.
