YOUR EMOTIONS MATTER
In your personal, business, and life in general. That's what emotional intelligence is all about.
Would you like to be less influenced by other people's emotions and more in control of your own, in any situation? To become more socially savvy? To have a higher regard for your own talents and abilities - and be paid what you feel you're worth?
These goals all relate to our "soft skills": The way in which we use our emotional intelligence to form an accurate, honest appraisal of our emotions and how they inform our behavior and our social intelligence, in terms of how they affect sustain your relationships, both personally and professionally.
There are four primary components to Emotional Intelligence, with Social Intelligence being a subset. Primarily these components are: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness and Relationship Management.
On the following pages, I'll introduce you to three clients who have kindly allowed me to share their success in mastering their Emotional and Financial Intelligence. While there are many nuances to this work, I've included the primary concepts we used in our work together in helping them gain these skills.
