Was a good idea. I purchased a high ticket item and paid 2 terms and they disabled my account. I was not late with payments but they said that after the 3rd payment, they will activate it again and then wanted a scan of my ID again. Make your clients feel like criminals, well done retards.

Useless app, couldn't pay because app services suck,pop-up window to contact support team and also suck as the app being.Such a long words reply from the support with no details and can't fix any problem. Waste of time to download and use(seperate paymemt with normal credit card is much more better) If a minus star provide, I would go for that.

I'm not sure the company still be able to provide any service. I have the same issue as the other "Can't finish payment" > "Contact support" > "My account got denied without any explanation" > "Permanently banned from app because of ID card". Only information I gave them is just ID card, Phone number, Debit card and my face. Terrible app and company.
