The term "Wallet" creates an illusion that your money is somewhat safe. Then they wonder why you don't renew.

100x less than advertised speed. 100mbps package, 1mpbs average. 20mpbs package 0.2mbps average. Why not just say 300gbps if the advertised speed is never what you get.
