payment system is bad. always facing issues when paying - ie, 1 - cant put in card details like expiry date, 2- the khQR doesnt work which then brings you back to square one. only thing is, the initial seats you wanted is no longer available (as it is blocked from the previous session, booked under your name). highlighted this to the counter staff before, but obviously, nothing has been done to fix it.

Seat reservations rarely work. I select the movie, venue, time, and seat - but when hitting "Payment", 9 times out of 10, the payment screen errors out and the seat is "no longer available" so I can't try again. Sometimes the ABA option isn't even available, which is what 90% of the country uses to pay. Good theaters, TERRIBLE app.

It never works. Don't waste your time. Been broken a long time, every time. Fix your app. It's useless.
