1BizApp Mobile can be used as a stand-alone app to help you run your business or it can be used with the 1BizApp Desktop and the 1BizApp Cloud Service to enable you to access your key data and files across multiple devices with multiple users.
Projects, Contacts, Tasks and Documents are all managed by the application.
The data in 1BizApp is kept separate from your devices normal contacts & calendar so you can keep your work life and personal life separated. This may avoid the need to have two phones.
As a single FREE app you store everything on your device, when used with the 1BizApp Cloud* service it will synchronise data on your device with the cloud so you can share across devices and with other users. You can choose to synchronise over mobile data connections or just when you have a Wi-Fi connection. If you’re not connected you can carry on working and 1BizApp will sync as soon as you are next online.
Mapping The app will use Google maps to show your location and the location of tasks, projects or contacts on a map to help you get where you are going.
Photos, Video or Voice Notes. With a touch you can record photos, video or voice notes and instantly attach them to a project, contact or task. Great for engineers visiting sites to record information that can be seen back in the office instantly.
Checklists You can design your own checklists using 1BizApp Desktop and attach the checklists to tasks (appointments). Checklists can be easily filled in on the device and saved as a permanent record, they are typically used to help prepare quotes, for engineer inspections or just to make sure agenda points are covered in a meeting and to make notes.
