Good, with a couple issues. For video, it's great. For being a main music player, I find this to be a little lacking. I currently use DoubleTwist as my main, and wanted to find something to be a lighter replacement that still had the features I love. This almost does it for me. What I would like to see is the ability to make playlists, have an easy way to get to the current playlist, and to sort songs by track number instead of by title. Also there's a little skip at the beginning of every song. Great potential though. RAZR MAXX
Happy to find VLC for my tablet! VLC is my fav player on desktop, plays every video format I have ever tried. I really like being able to speed up playback. "Joe VLC Player" does this fine - even over my wifi connection - yes - I do not have to copy files to tablet to watch them! However, the audio tone is also raised when playback is sped up. As this is an early version I expect that will be made to work like the desktop version too.
Excellent video player The only video player that has actually supported variable playback speeds for flv vids on my nexus 7... Without crashing. Only downside is that the audio pitch gets skewed, but it's a small price to pay. Overall a very intuitive player that does what it's supposed to, and does it well. Highly recommended!
Are you kidding me! This app is S**T! I've never seen a useless app before. I downloaded it bcaz I had some .mkv files not supported by my Motorola device. When I opened it this app says there are no media files on ur device. I tried to refresh a 100 times but THIS APP doesn't WORK. Don't waste ur time.
Well, it works It does ok with playing music. I like the timer feature for the music. It doesn't play the music that well. It has a popping sound to it, but it may be because of the type of phone I have. As for the video, it plays flv files great. But it struggles to play other video formats. Sometimes, it's glitchy. I do like how you can play full screen. It plays better than other video/music players. Much, much better than Android player. Overall, it's a good value. I'd give it 3.5 stars, almost 4 stars.
Android 4.3 incompatible. Audio only, no video. Used to have outstanding playback but lite on features. Won't save your place if you stop video and leave application. Many menu features don't work; you'll touch them to select, but no result. Playback is not choppy, though, like it has become on MX Player is.
