About this app

Keeping on top of your mental health is a life skill that takes practice, and something most of us need help with.

This app is designed as a simple tool to help remind you to take a few moments out of your day to check in with how you're feeling and to encourage you to reach out to a mate or family member to let them know how you're doing.

The app is the brain-child of Will McMahon (of the on-air radio duo Will & Woody), who is passionate about the importance of keeping on top of your mental health and solving the problem of how to communicate without talking.

It's ok I guess.. has alot of room for improvement (and I hope they do because there isn't much to it really..) but I can't even see the app on my screen so I don't know what's going on there.. only reason I know it's there is because of the white text under the "invisible" app icon. Have lots of suggestions for improvements but for an app that was whipped together within a week or so, it's not bad.

Fairly basic and straight to the point - which is awesome and what we need. The loaded messages will help alot when someone just doesn't know what to say. The ability to write in your own messages when you're in a good mood, save it and send it when you aren't feeling the best is also a great idea. I still fear I personally will find it difficult to actually send the message saying I'm not ok, as I personally feel like people are prying into my life. Hopefully it helps others.

I loved the idea of this app when listening to will & woody on the radio each night on the way home from work this week. I find it very difficult to talk about how I'm feeling when I'm not doing that great, so when I heard this concept I thought it was such a great idea! Love the app very simple to use and user friendly which is great for people of all ages!
