Poor Cheaper to smash my mobius and buy a Runcam2 with included app. Dev's attitude doesnt inspire me to put my hand in my pocket. And in reply to the author, if you are intending to make a profit from your no doubt many hours of labour, filling your customers feedback with replies telling people to go write their own app if they are not happy will not help invite others to invest in what is meant to be a lifetime licence. Good luck to you.
Ridiculous Happy to pay for apps that devs spend hours coding. This is a good app, but killed by a greedy, expensive and over complicated licensing scheme. This was originally free so dev can't claim this was he business model from start. It isn't the most complicated and someone else will soon publish similar functionality.
Update is very confusing The latest update with the licensing is very confusing. The license screen shows multiples of the same thing, there is no clear pricing. As others have pointed out I don't mind paying for software but not when I can't even get a clear view of what I'm paying for.
Was free but now costs money Dont bother with this app its now nothing more than a money grabbing junk app.
Stupidity Worth a few buck but current pricing is ridiculous, absolutely Not worth it!
As a 20 year professional software developer, I dislike criticizing other people's code; having said that: All I wanted this app to do is to edit a text file for me on the fly. ("SYSCFG.TXT"). Video preview would be nice. I even heeded the warnings from other reviews and the author who actually gave a link to a *specific* OTG usb cable after arguments were made that it required some kind of magic USB cable or else it wouldn't work. Having purchased 2 of these cables (which work fine with all my other computer/phone apps) This application still doesn't detect the Mobius and hasn't done a thing. Developer: thousands of people would pay a dollar or two for an app that works. Open source this and ask for help where you need it. Obviously an application like this that likely uses some low-level USB communication code would require testing on MANY devices; this is where the community and open source will benefit you. Are we really expected to continue to pay a licensing fee with the hopes that "some day" it might work like it used to? Community: share the sentiments. If you're unhappy about this, don't complain to the developer, let them know that we *want* this to work.
