I tried to book movie tickets using this app first time I have tried to apply Promocode, but Promocode are not applying it is showing I have already used, As a user I didn't expect this from you. Please test the app in all cases before releasing. I have created the account just before. Let me know if you need more details I can help you.
I tried to book tickets using promo code FLAT75. My transaction failed at payment gateway. When I try to rebook the tickets it shows FLAT75 can be applied only once. However this is an issue with application as I have not applied. 8 please correct this at the earliest. It's disappointing that I cannot watch the show because of this silly bug. On top of this I tried submitting bug report through app interface and that failed. Please fix that bug first.
Tried to submit the feedback, but not able to submit. It is getting failed. I tried to place an order with offer code "FLAT75", but order was failed. Again I tried to place the order with the same offer, but I am keep on getting message that code can be used only once. I have a doubt that when did I use the code, can you find any orders in my orders list??? because I didn't find any orders. if there are no orders, then where did I use that code. please please clarify my confusion.
I have tried to book the movie tickets using promo code , after payment transactions due to some server error , the ticket was not booked ., Again i tried to book the ticket using promo code , it shows you are already used the promo code.. they are purposely doing the same for all promotion codes.. they are cheating us by using their marketing strategies..
Cheating on offer if you are booking a ticket with applying their offer code payment gateway should freeze then we need to book the ticket again and this time they are not allowed to apply the offer code they says that you are already availed this offer. At the sametime if you are booking with out the offer the payment gateway should respond perfectly.this happened for me for more than 4 or 5 times,so I strongly feel that they are manipulated all these. What about you guys I hope everyone should faced this issue at least once in your booking with ticket new
They are thugs. Made a transaction on this app and no tickets were booked and the money was also deducted. I have all the reference numbers, will go to consumer forum for this. You should not loot customers like this. Frustrated customer
