Excellent App & Prompt Customer Support! I ran into a minor issue where my airtime transfer timed out and showed "Expired" on the app, but Tingtel’s customer service sorted it out quickly once I reached out. The airtime was verified and my bank account was credited without stress. Very reliable app for airtime-to-cash conversion. Highly recommended!

This app is the worst I've ever since in this age of modern technology. I was debited twice and only paid once. still have about 10k worth of airtime hanging. I've reached out to different platforms no response. I'm seeing that this is a recurring pattern and it's fraud. You debited people their airtime and don't pay and can't be reached. I do not recommend at all

very terrible app. I wish I could rate this a zero star 20 times but that would still be just zero. Utterly useless support. These guys will deduct your airtime balance and leave you in the blue with no support to reach out to, that's how I lost my money.. Bunch of thieves. I doubt the developers of this app ever actually test-ran it.
