I could give it 5 starts if the identification process could be easy, as to identify u have to go to the branch of Alif, in the rest all well, most of the utility payments available online as well as the payments thru QR codes, the only problem to fill up the credits as always their machines full of money and not accepting top up!!! It's was several times I couldn't top up my Alif pay, whenever u call customer service have to wait 10 min to connect!!!!

I am giving only 3 stars because the app has slowed down very noticeably. Refreshing the page or doing any kind of requests takes a lot of time to load. QR reader doesn't work sometimes.

History part never works properly! Out of use this app.
