It's a wallpaper. It works. For some unexplained reason it's called Live Wallpaper when you try to find it. Not smart from the programmers as they can see by the many people complaining they can't find it. It looks nice and there are some cool effects. I deleted it after a few minutes. Guessing it's a massive resource hog.

needs to be updated..... i opened the setting and it said this is meant for an older version of android and may not work properly.... so i went into the settings and i can not select anything to change stuff so i gave 1 star because i can not try out all the cool features.... please fix because android updates every year and this app is 3 years old...

Downloaded it.Couldnt find it on phone.went back into googleplay...it wont open.ununstslled it,reinstalled it.Same
