a really bad experience paying internet from this app via credit card, my payment for 3 internet packages passed but I got no internet and then the app gets buggy when I want to see how much internet I have left. Support is so slow and it's been more than a week since I reported the issue I still haven't gotten anything back.

very bad experience! there areno agents in chat support and i have been trying gor 3 days straight, all because of an error with payment on the app. The app buggedand billed me 3 times the amount 😡

When trying to log in, I entered my Ooredoo phone number, it says invalid. I even checked the *177*4# option to verify if my phone number is registered with my ID. Please fix your app.
