Whenever I buy credit online through this app or their website they take the money and it doesn't go through at all. This is the second time it happens. Last time I'm using this mobile company services. What a shame

this App is less of a phone operator app and more of an escape room experience. Nothing works consistently, but that's okay because every update completely changes the interface anyway. Trusting this app with your bank details is insanity.

Thugs! remove that stupid red popup and those stupid games that we can't unsubscribe from! I see... the quality Mgt is part of a corrupt marketing team. Ooreedoo is losing credibility by using stupid spammy (scammy) campaigns. -Unwanted voice calls (sama3ni) - abusing sms campaigns using different custom sender Id (so we can't block) - Enabling remote USSD activation (that's illegall) Now this app is launching some unwanted large popup !! Advice : Update the whole marketing team
