Hi Amira,
It would be great if you can check your phone settings and see if notifications are disabled. If you’re still facing this issue, please send us your logs so that we can check why this is happening.
To send logs:
1. Click on the menu option at the top right of the app.
2. Click on Send Feedback.

Team Flock. I just got the update for flock app. And after updating it, some of my office group chat history went missing. But when I use the web.flock.co, I'm able to see all the group chat history. Please fix this issue ASAP!

2. A drop down will open up.
3. Click on Send Feedback.

Team Flock. Hi why the add file options suddenly gone when you just sent a file in a private chat room. How can I add more file ? Do i have to wait the recipient read or download it ? Or I should delete the file that I sent first and then I dan add more file ? Use flock on browser

HeyYenda ,Apologies for inconvenience caused.We would like to inform that file sharing is possible in private chat rooms and you do not have to wait or delete any files during multiple file sharing.
Please drop us a mail at support@flock.co for any difficulties you are facing. Good app. but if someone is trying to use the app as a part of the promotion, and want to get rid of it later, it doesn't seem possible. Kindly add feature to get removed from team and to Delete profile permanently.

Do drop us a mail at support@flock.co, with a screenshot that would help us resolve issue on priority. Amazing app. Boosted my teams productivity by a huge margin. Great Stuff Have been following Flock since quite a few months now..the path that this app is treading and the direction in which it is moving is bound to make it a stellar communication and engagement app amongst Teams! The changes that Flock has undergone are phenomenal! Well done Team Flock :) Full marks to the think tank behind it!! :)
Its Fast & Seamless Mails have started looking like thing of past. Excellent way of getting work done way faster. I do not have to wait for ppl to read mails and respond in mails. Project teams can collabrate in real time. Thanks for increasing my teams productivity.

Sync Option Not Their All your personal email addresses are sync automatically. It's not good.
Cannot remove my profile picture(dp) This is the most basic facility that the Android/Desktop app should be providing. Even post giving a feedback, such a basic functionality was not implemented.
