tawk.to is a free live chat app that lets you monitor and chat with visitors on your website or from a free customizable page.

You can have unlimited agents and add them to unlimited sites so they could communicate with your visitors without any limitations.
Your chat history is kept forever until you delete it.

You can customize widget appearance (position, color, icon), content of widget headers, texts and forms.

Also you can:
- add welcoming messages, chat rescuers if agents are busy or other simple or advanced triggers;
- use shortcuts (canned responses) for quick answers on common questions;
- setup Pre-chat form to ask required contact details of the visitor.

In Android app you can:
- register in tawk.to, add websites and generate widget code for them;
- receive push-notifications about new visitors on your website, new chat requests and new messages from visitors or your agent colleagues;
- monitor visitors movement on your websites and initiating chat with them;
- invite agents into tawk.to, speak with them in direct messages or group chats;

Great app. I love it. I give it 3 stars because after the recent update, the app doesn't send sound notifications, it just vibrates. When I try to toggle the vibrate button off, it automatically turns back on. You guys should fix this bug. The app is almost useless without the sound notifications

Sometimes it works for weeks straight. Then for some reason, my app gets disconnected, or signed out or something, and I don't know it. Of course I'm being charged for the service, but my customers can't reach me. Sometimes I don't notice that has happened for days.. maybe a week. 11/20/20 edited to 3 stars. All i have to do to fix the issue is log out and back in every day. Not ideal, but it works.

Sometimes I loose notification sounds, have to reinstall to make work. Also can't see pics. Have to download or copy link in browser. Reinstalling fixes but eventually goes back.
