The app was working for me for a long time, but suddenly this week when I login, my aeon card was no longer showing up in the app so I cannot see my card balance or point or transactions. I un-installed the app and reinstalled, went through the registration process successfully and enabled my card. Then the next time I login the app again, the card disappeared again. I went through the registration process 3 times today, and the card just kept disappearing after it was enabled successfully.

Used to be more tolerable of the apps shortcomings but it never improved and is taking it way too far, even a simple correction to FPX or neesing to refresh payments and it goes intoverror state forcing you to wait for an already cancelled payment to time out? So lets just stack on the years of its poor design, features nobody asks for and the ones that you actually use are poorly designed and downright infuriating. Ill skip my aeon points just to not rage trying to redeem them.

Logging in takes too long to load, and every time you make a payment, please improve the notification method, give people time to pay, no need to push too much.
