You can record the weight and number of repetitions of weight training.
You can add up to 50 weight training items.
The app's home screen displays daily training records.
Tap Month at the top to display training records by month.

1. Tap the record button at the bottom.
2. Tap the record button for the item you want to record.
3. Select the date and time of training and tap Next.
4. Enter the weight and number of repetitions of weight training and tap Next.
5. Enter a note and tap Next.
6. Confirm and tap Complete.

Tap the graph at the top to display a line graph of the weight and number of repetitions of weight training.
▼Change/delete/set item name
Tap each item at the top.
Tap the icon to the left of the item name to open the menu.
▼Data transfer when changing device
When you tap "Data transfer when changing device" in the menu, the following selection screen will be displayed.
・Create file (Create a backup file for changing device)
・Restore (Restore data from backup file)
Step A. Steps for creating a backup file
1. Tap "Data transfer when changing device" in the menu.
2. Tap Create file.
3. Tap "Create file" on the confirmation screen.
4. Tap "Select app" on the send screen.
5. Tap "Save to Drive".
*An internet connection is required to save to Drive.
Step B. Restore (Restore data from the backup file in Step A)
1. Install this app from Google Play on your new smartphone/tablet. Launch the app.
2. Tap "Data transfer when changing device" in the menu.
3. Tap Restore.
4. Tap Drive.
5. Tap My Drive.
6. Tap the file to restore from the file list.
Tap "Sort" from the menu on the top right to sort by "Modification date (newest first)".
When you record the weight and number of weight training, a graph (kg) is displayed. You can check the weight of weight training for each record with a line graph
