It is a next-generation mobile application that tracks the daily field activities of your company employees based on location.
It tracks field teams in real time by analyzing location data without needing a GPS device.

System Modules
• Smart Vehicle
o Tracks all company vehicle activities without requiring a device.
o The Smart Tag records which driver is driving which vehicle.
o Reports are made of the total daily mileage, current speed, carbon footprint, and stop and restart times for vehicles.
o Reports are made of the rules for instantaneous stop time, total daily stop time, instantaneous speed limits, instantaneous movement time, and daily movement time.
o The route followed by the vehicle daily or within a specific time period is displayed on the map.
• Smart Meeting
o All field team meetings are tracked on a single calendar.
o Teams' customer visits and the visit activities they follow based on these customer visits are tracked in real time.
o Time performance measurements are performed by assigning work and calendars to field teams.
o Sales teams are tracked monthly, and daily sales reports are automated.
• Smart PDKS
o Reports are made of the start and end times of teams that begin their shifts at a fixed location or a specific point in the field.
o Traveling outside the area outside the rules is reported as a violation. o Employees' walking data is displayed on a map as a route and reported as needed.
• Smart Work Safety
o Field teams talking on their mobile phones while driving
o Sudden acceleration and sudden deceleration are reported.
o Fatigue due to excessive driving is analyzed.
