I bought a card from a hyper store and I tried to activate it for over 9 months with different identity cards, you will only waste your time and money so as a foreigner in turkey do not purchase this useless card or try this nonsense app cuz it doesn't even support English nor understand the difference between foreigners identity card and so on... BTW if I was successful tho the beginning limit is 600tl for a month which is nothing for even a day! and the duty fee are too high also...

Authentication not working, i tried more than 10 times each time, it says not possible to read the card, wasting time and money.

Although there is no English language, this is the only payment service I could find that allows remote verification using a foreign residence permit!
