
Digital Nomad
Since the latest update I can only log in through e-Devlet each time, which slows down the log in process unnecessarily. Any other account access app I have installed allows for biometrics as well. MHRS should have allowed this feature. Regarding language selection; even if I select Turkish, it will not switch no matter what. Uninstalled and reinstalled, the same. No other account access app, banking, government or e-mail has this issue. One star given.

I originally gave this app 4 stars based on the response I received from the MHRS agent. However, I later discovered that the information provided was incorrect and ultimately misguided me. Because of this, I am changing my rating to 3 stars. If it were possible, I would rate it 2 stars.

Merhaba. Çocuklara randevu almak için her iki ebeveynin e-Nabız sistemine girip ilgili menüden karşılıklı onay vermesi gerekir. Daha sonra MHRS'den ''Yetkili Olduklarım'' sekmesinden çocuklarınıza randevu oluşturabilirsiniz. Konuyla ilgili 0850 240 03 03 numaralı e-Nabız çağrı merkezinden veya @enabizsistemi X hesabından destek alabilirsiniz.

No more access via this app. Must use either Enabiz or Edevlet, both horrible in appt search, and the whole layout isn't as good as it was! Originally, I had given 5 stars, but now, 1 star is too many. 😕
