Interact with your cane using your voice. The Intelligent Voice Assistant allows users to get information, navigation instructions, and other details simply by talking to their Smart Cane 2.

Explore Mode

Activate the Explore mode to discover nearby places while walking. WeWALK will announce important locations such as restaurants, cafes, shops, and more as you pass by. Visually impaired users can enjoy exploring their surroundings without missing any important landmarks.

Accessible Route Information

Receive information about intersections, stairs, elevators, and more while navigating, allowing you to plan your journey with ease. The app is fully optimized for screen readers and designed to provide an unobstructed navigation experience.

How It Works:

To start using WeWALK, simply search for your destination via the app and receive step-by-step guidance. You can also use the Explore feature to list nearby locations and navigate directly or save them for later.

With the public transport feature, visually impaired users can view the next bus or train lines, track their journey, and receive alerts when approaching their stop.

The WeWALK App requires access to your location in the background to provide core features like nearby place notifications and turn-by-turn navigation when your phone is locked.

Subscription and Renewal:

Enjoy WeWALK free for 14 days when you subscribe. After the trial period, payment will be charged to your App Store account. Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Manage your subscription or turn off auto-renew in your Account settings anytime after purchase.

not ready for the U.S market. The announcements are in centimeters and not in feet. There is no way in the app to change that. Additionally, there is no real integration with Google maps. Cannot navigate to residential addresses. Only businesses. The marketing has oversold the technology. I will change my review when the developer addresses the above issues.

I am visually impaired and was working with an instructor from The Seeing Eye and we were looking for GPS apps that might work for me. We tried this app mainly because it had a 14-day trial for me to try before it would bill me. We installed the app and went for a walk to try it. The app did not perform well at all and we had decided to cancel and uninstall. Before I could do that I was charged the full amount. This was within a couple of hours of installing the app. Deceptive and dirty business

This app used to be really good. So much so that I was recommending it to many people. Then you started charging for it on a monthly or annual basis. If you want to charge do a one off fee. VIs are not made of money. When you calculate other additional costs of having a disability. This app is supposed to promote independence but you are doing the reverse.
