If you have once raised a UCC Complaint against some caller, then the repeat calls from the same mobile number are not even shown for reporting in the app. But each seperate call is a repeat violation and should be allowed to be reported seperately. The app has bugs and does not show the repeat call numbers in call logs. Also, telecom providers falsely close cases as 'service calls' though these are from private numbers, and there is no provision to dispute the 'Case Closed' status.

Initially, this app worked perfectly. Before installing it, I was receiving a lot of spam messages, and after installation, it successfully blocked all of them. However, after one month, I started receiving spam messages again. I couldn't even report them because they weren't showing up in the app

The earlier revamped version was very good. This Feb 2026 update/refresh fails at sending OTP during the login process. I fear this will be like the unusable DND 1.0 app. Why did you have to ruin a perfectly running app? Now I am left without any working DND app. At least have the older version available. Edit: Has become better. No crashes.
