Not able to add favorites needs update Although there is a place to add favorite locations there is no way to do this that I can see. I tried looking on help but it did not give me any answers. It also tells you to take unnecessary routes instead of ones that will get you there quicker. The GPS is also screwed up. One time I nearly missed my stop because the GPS said I wasn't there yet when I actually was.
Problem: The trip planner suggests you catch a bus that has already left the suggested bus stop 20 mins. ago! It cannot check the current time? How simple is that to do? Thank you.
After the strike they have everything went down! I don't like their service any more! I'll be switching to other kind of ride. Their application is mess and not accurate. Google map use to be much better and now they don't care being on Google map. These guys simply don't care about their company and guess what, neither do I!
Has it's pros and cons... just needs better refresh/updating ability perhaps? For the most part, this app is very useful. (No more paper booklet! Yay!) But... the "Next Departures" tab is wildly innacurate. I've learned the hard way to NEVER rely on the "Estimated" time. I always assume it's on time, even if it says bus is running 20+ minutes behind. Also, often it shows as if it's already come and gone, even though it hasn't arrived yet. Biggest complaint, though, is that there's no city-wide map. Overall, though, I use this app A LOT. Thank you, developers!!!
Sun Tran (Tucson) I really like the Sun Tran App though some days it crashes or isn't available! A valuable supplement to our Ride Guide! I use the #17 and #10 most frequently and I really like that all the bus stops are included! I also use the #16, 18 and 8 regularly! Much thanks for this App! 😊 ❤ 🌈
Can't find a place to add favorites, the routes and schedules however are very useful. It would be nice if you can add value to sun go cards through this app.
Various bug fixes and performance improvements.
