Ratings and reviews

The app feels very scammy lately - they give you one price on the product page, then double the price in the cart. They ask for a lot of personal information - email, phone number, then once you provide it, they remove the first order discount. They also have imaginary discounts applied to the products, that aren't available once the product is in your cart. It used to be a nice app, but now, most products are bought from Shein and sold for double the price. The Assistants don't help in any way.

Alot of orders arrive broken and in bad shape, what even is the company doing with the packages? playing with them perhaps? They also have the worst return experience you can ever use. The return process will make you regret the day you used the app in the first place. Alot of the products here are not original. Totally not recommend.

Customer support: ZERO!Sellers send different products than I ordered. Returns take ages, even if the seller got my product back in a few days. Almost one month and I did not received my money back. Good prices sometimes, but horrible customer support! Trendyol team - stop saying that you're sorry for the bad experience we have with your app, and stop asking customers to contact customer support - there is no human customer support, just a stupid few question automated system which doesn't help!
