Okay, this might be nitpicky but I'm a little annoyed that when I download the app to a new device, which I had to do because my phone died, that to login I have to use a username and password that I've literally used only once, in the set up of the app. I know the pin I set up for the app, my card number and password I would use on a desktop, and it seems logical for me to use those as verification. Now I have to call you guys to sort it, I'm all for security but this feels overly complicated.
I understand the need to change, to upgrade, but the new colours of the logo and background are just abit horrible.
Does the basics well. One suggestion for developers. Have the app keep the phone from sleeping as it's a pain when you get distracted for 30 sec when signed in the phone sleeps and you have to re sign in and go back to square one on transaction.
I love the TSB App. Would be amazing if we can login with our finger print. Being able to send a confirmation text to a number saying a payment has been made and the ability to change your card pin and put a block on would be wicked.
Works perfect, lots of features. Really nice layout and implementation. Much much better than kiwi banks mobile app.
