With the TUC Recharge app you can load your Regional Urban Transport card, both the wallet and temporary passes.
To use the app you must log in first. You can have one or more TUC cards linked to the app.
INFORMATION PROVIDED TO YOU
– Transport card data: IDE number, state, transport profile, expiration date of the card.
– Wallet balance.
– Expiration date of the loaded temporary title, if you have one.
– History of the last recharges made with the app.
– If you have a physical card, you can also check the history of the last 6 trips made and the last 3 recharges.
BINDING THE CARD
CARD NUMBER – You can manually enter the IDE number that is printed on the back of the TUC card.
NFC READING - If your phone is approved for NFC recharging, you can bring the physical card closer to the phone to identify your card number.
CARD READING – Depending on the different card models, there is the option of reading the image of the card with the phone's camera to identify its number.
QR READING – If the card has a QR code, it can be read with the phone's camera.
CARD RELOAD
With the ONLINE RECHARGE it is not necessary to have the physical card to carry out the recharge. It allows you to recharge both the wallet and temporary credits (the latter for personalized cards).
The recharges will be made effective on the cards around an hour after the recharge is made. To do this, simply use the card on any Regional Urban Transport bus.
RECHARGE VIA NFC does require having the physical card, since it is necessary to bring it close to the mobile phone. The recharge will be effective immediately.
AUTO-RECHARGE: You can program notifications for the automatic recharge of your card when its balance drops below a configurable amount.
NOTIFICATIONS: If you wish, the app will notify you of the auto-recharges that are made and other notices related to the service.
PROOF OF RECHARGE: From the app you can consult and download receipts for each recharge you make.
