Been a user of this app for many years. Love the access to stations in other areas. However, the app has taken a turn to where it is constantly crashing on my android phone. The app has been updated, uninstalled, and reinstalled, but every few minutes the app crashes causing me to restart and listen to adds over and over again.

Used to love this app. Changed phones and reinstalled. Although it had my login correct it wouldn't recognize I had premium even though I paid for the month of December so to get "premium " I had to pay again!! Now, even though I SHUTDOWN the app properly and have switched the auto play off, it still connects to my Bluetooth in the car automatically. I've installed and Uninstaller this app several times to no avail. I used to love it but it's too much trouble AND there is no one I can speak to

A lot of times the speaking is slowed way down. Only on Tune In. Right in the middle of my 1/2-hour podcast, Tune In breaks for 3 commercials, causing me to miss out on exactly what I was deeply involved in n listening intently to. Ads before! fine. But in the middle of them? That's why I hardly ever use Tune In anymore. Spotify never does that. And if they do. They get ads over with BEFORE my music or podcast. Rude and annoying being interrupted in that manner. But thank you nonetheless
