Worst customer service ever. Signed up for the free trial. At the end of the trial was charged the yearly rate instead of the monthly rate. Contacted customer service and was told that there wasn't anything they were willing to do. I'm not trying to screw them over. Sure, charge me a month. I should have cancelled sooner. Charging an entire year's subscription when you offer it monthly is bad business and they're screwing their customers. I cannot say it enough, bad business practices.
I rated this app 5 stars before because it's been the very standard in online radio apps, however in the last update things changed. before I could swipe the now playing screen to the left and it would show the recently used channels. Now that is gone. Please bring the swipe option back! I'm not gonna change the 5 stars because imo this is the best app I've found to listen to local or national shows during work, and I don't want to make it look like it's not good. I do hope and would love to see that one feature brought back tho!!! Or at least a quick way to access the recent channels. Thanks tunein you're the best!!!!
I subscribed for the trial package. At the end of the trial package I was charged for the whole year instead of monthly plan. I like the application and I have no problem in paying on monthly basis. On top of that there is no customer service telephone number which makes the whole procedure very time taking. Please look in to this matter if this review gets to you @ TuneIn team.
This radio station is international recognized radio. The app is very good and well designed. I had been using TuneIn since 2009,but recently, they interrupt the radio programs with too much ads. Still, I love it.
This app could be awesome if only the audiobook player was up to par with either audible or overdrives players. You need to be able to increase playback speed without compromising pitch. It also loses it place and goes back to either the beginning of the chapter or most likely what it ends up doing is going all the way back to the beginning of the book. This is a deal breaker for me, and I will probably not continue with premium after the one week trial is up.
I'd like to know when I can get a refund, as I went for premium when the record programme option was available. Could you reply without a generic answer, and confirm when I can get my refund? And I read that people are being charged for a year of subscription. I'd like to know that I haven't been charged over my purchase condition.
