*"Horrible App with Terrible User Experience"* I don’t know how such a big board with millions of dollars can have such a terrible app. This app is incredibly slow, and the user interface is outdated and clunky. Navigating through it feels like a hassle, and it crashes way too often. it’s hard to believe that an organization like BCCI can’t invest in something as basic as a smooth, functional app for its massive fan base. Please improve the app, it’s 2025, we expect better!

Usability must be improved. Having floating menu of International/Domestic is not needed to be 'on' after selection. With a link, the match center page must open and not make user navigate through various options. Score board updating speed/ performance is very poor. How about getting ball by ball commentary? As a reference look up cricheroes app.

The new update of the app is very good. The interface of the app has improved, easy to watch videos, scores and player stats. Just one request to add the option of changing the language of the app and the venue list takes lot of time to load, so please focus on that.
