Ben Greenfiled is just amazing!! If he weren't already super bright and informed and great to listen to, he's also bring on the show some of the most interesting people in the health, tech, performance, fitness, research, wellness world and more. I follow a lot of health podcasts but I count on this one a lot to stay on top of quality info on new & old developments.

As a senior, I love to learn more about healthy aging, longevity, antiaging,etc. and Ben Greenfield delivers very clear information, related links and notes. I probably listen to four or more podcast a week while doing my daily walks. There's a lot to catch up with but each podcast is loaded with valuable information and I like learning.

Absolutely love the app, being able to save the podcast to a favorites list is super helpful. Genuinely one of the best resources for information when it comes to mind body and environmental health!
