FloSports Subscription Terms:

- If you purchase a monthly subscription, you will be automatically billed for the full monthly amount every 30 days. If you select an annual subscription, it will renew every 365 days.
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.

Ratings and reviews

This app is now absolute rubbish. I don't know what they changed, but it will not effectively cast to my TV anymore. It often won't properly connect, and even if it does, I only make it 30 seconds before it starts buffering. Internet speed is not the issue, and this app is the ONLY one I have that has this issue. To pay for a subscription and then not be able to use it (because for some reason, they don't give the option to cast from the website itself) is infuriating.

If you PAY for something (& pay a lot of money), there should be NO ADS. Ads are for when you offer a free service. $40 a month, I'd say, cancel those ads. Or offer a cheaper subscription with ads and the $40 for no ads. Also, it seems to be a new issue every weekend we get on the app to watch hockey. Missed multiple periods this season because of issues with the app. I have 3 more games and I am HAPPILY canceling my subscription.

Would love to give it a better rating, especially for what I pay monthly for it. Buy constant failures, random buffer with very fast internet, and the app constantly not working. What am I paying for? I get very little use because of the issues, and customer service doesn't quite help any of the times. Say to just reload, Uninstall then reinstall. Never works.
