Ratings and reviews

the few times I used it worked well. Tho I've decided to cancel since I don't use enough especially for the price it's going to be after the trial. Now I want to cancel and there's no option to cancel via the app, even tho the end of the trial email says there is. kinda shady. After looking and signing on via browser I found the cancel .

Ads and more ads. Most are 2 minutes and 30 second breaks occurring every 15 minutes during a movie where no advertising takes place. The actual advertisements are completely normal and do not seem to occur more frequently than any other channels or TV providers. Unacceptable for the top-tier premium package.

12/13: They fixed the buffering issue for a few weeks but it's back again. It happens on all channels when trying to stream and on all devices (several phones & laptops). It's worse than it was before. Our internet speed is fine. My partner is in IT and has done all normal check on our end. 11/29: Issues still not fixed. Support was unable to help. New update installed 11/4: App is still freezing and then jumps all the way back to the beginning.
