Too many notifications I like the TV Guide, but I can't find a setting that will turn off notifications. I have a Galaxy S4. I want to be able to close the app and not hear from it again until I need it. Instead, it is constantly putting messages and it's mini-menu into my notification area. That behavior negates any value I find in the TV Guide.
Widget Not sure why the widget was messed with in the latest version when it was working fine. Now it won't stay above other things and it can be swiped off either individually or with Clear All. Also, it shouldn't be necessary to delete a whole room and rebuild it just to change the type of TV.
Awesome app! Don't have to look for a lost remote again and the perk is a customized channel list so no more channel surfing. I also love the recently viewed channel list as well... Makes it so easy to go back to that channel where I saw that movie preview that caught my eye.
Nifty! Fuss-free to set up. The reason why I eventually did was because push notifications came up every other hour - which made it a little frustrating. Decided to give in to the app. No regrets, except with the push notifications.
Very useful Having the controls to my TV on my lock screen and notification tray permanently is really useful and it switches between my work and home automatically which is great. The only thing that's disappointing is you can't get rid of the notification icon at the top of my screen in the notification bar
Dumb dumbs I also have an s7 sucks I can't use app. But its not the apps fault . s7 for some reason didn't put the hardware needed to use ANY remote app. Don't blame the app. Do what I did go out and buy a 20$ tablet and there you go
