Very disappointing experience. I subscribed and paid for 3 months, but my account is still not upgraded to premium due to an error during activation. I keep seeing the message: “We’re sorry, but a problem has occurred when trying to activate your subscription.” I also cannot find a way to contact support easily. Please fix this issue as soon as possible.

Made a mistake subscribing to this app for the NBA Playoffs... Wrong move. Only limited playoff games since they can't show games also streaming on Disney and Prime video. it wont even stream the NBA Finals live, due to the current NBA licensing deals. NBA TV Philippines is basically useless in the playoffs. Best is just to get League Pass (Expensive) or Prime/Disney combo. Pilipinas Live Premium is not worth it for P149. not even worth it if it was P99.

If you're subscribing as an NBA fan. Don't download and subscribe to this app. if you search online its misleading. Not all games will be played and replays of the game will not be available. If its the finals or semis go for it. but early playoffs and season don't do it. i guess its because its a cheap service and games are not all accessible to the Philippines but they need to be transparent on what to expect I guess.
