I can't reach support, the email they've linked doesn't work. I can't switch to watchin a video on fullscreen. Whenever I click the button for it it tries for a couple of seconds then reverts back to the small screen. I can't download any videos, it starts and then it tells me to try later. I've tried later in all sorts of circumstances and nothing. The content is great, will change this review if support becomes easier to reach for members experiencing issues.

This app was amazing until the most recent update which made it frustrating to use with the calendar being inconsistent and some videos not playing. I paid for an annual subscription in August expecting the same quality that I've seen for years, but with the update causing issues for over a month now, I asked to cancel my subscription for a partial refund. They said that they will not give partial refunds. I cannot recommend this app in its current state and with this customer service.

I love this app, but the latest update makes the calendar unusable. I rely on the calendar to schedule videos and mark as complete, but in the last couple of days, the video thumbnails don't load and they are labeled "workout missed" regardless of the calendar date selected. I've rebooted my phone; it didn't help. The videos still load but instead of accessing them through the calendar, I have to pull them up from the homepage. Update: FIXED! Thanks FWFG!
