Lottie has made it her life's work to teach Pilates, to help make is accessible to all, to help people move better, feel better and be free in mind and body. I really enjoy the variety and frequency of new classes available on the Lottie Murphy app. It allows me to work out as & when works for me, which is most evenings, alot more than I would if I had to leave the house for a class.

The app is logically organized and easy to navigate. Playback is smooth in high def and the playback controls are straightforward. You need a membership in order to use the app, which you should get because LMP is truly wonderful.

The classes have been great i love the format and approachability and how Lottie really breaks down the basics!
