content seems very good but app playback buggy. I read another review about playback, and Mark mentioning to enable background playback. I tried this but still audio stops shortly after switching screen off. For audio apps I think important to be able to switch screen off. But content library seems big and quality good, so am still going to persist and try it out.

Amazing app. Its been couple of weeks since I have uploaded this app. I have been listening to the getting rid of procrastination every night before going to bed. I feel like its helping me. The app has range of content to listen to. I'll go through most of them. Its like meditation. I am feeling the positive change. I would definately recommend to people out there looking for a positive change in their life. Check the content in this app.

Works surprisingly fast! I listened to the smoking cessation tracks before bed and during an afternoon nap, and it took about 7 days before I was smoke free. I recommend this to anyone who has had trouble using will power to quit smoking. There are so many other hypnosis sessions in the app, so if you have something you've been trying to improve in your life - just do it.
