Works surprisingly fast! I listened to the smoking cessation tracks before bed and during an afternoon nap, and it took about 7 days before I was smoke free. I recommend this to anyone who has had trouble using will power to quit smoking. There are so many other hypnosis sessions in the app, so if you have something you've been trying to improve in your life - just do it.

This lets me easily listen to the downloads that I've purchased, and also the free 10-minute beach relaxation one. There were a couple of problems I had with it, however, after I sent an email, Mark and his team were really fast about responding and helping straighten it out for me. Great app & customer service.

I purchased many of Mark's sessions a few years ago and recently was looking for some help with training for a run and remembered I'd previously purchased the running mindset sessions. I was really struggling to train with my mind saying give up, you can't do this, just walk, I played this for a week and this morning completed a humid, hilly, 5k race... At no point did I think quit, I just had a determination to finish.
