there are a lot of great workouts here, but taking away music from the background of the workouts was a terrible decision. I have no interest in playing Spotify in the background of my workouts. I liked the default instructor chosen music.

Well done! Reviewing for the first release of the Power Nation Fitness native Android app. Favorite feature: Downloadable workouts for offline viewing!! Dark mode is lovely with no harsh contrasts. Easy to navigate, easy to add workouts to favorites, and easy to access account settings. The workouts are incredible and have turned me into a podium-earning cyclist & runner. The confidence gained through the community, mindfulness, meditation, and nutrition have changed my life. #powernationforlife

Great workouts but app performance is horrible. It literally hijackes the phone and the only way to stop that is to restart the phone. I have never had this kind of experience with any other app.
