Prenatal yoga classes adapted by Lucía Liencres to her own trimesters

FIRST TRIMESTER: A trimester of introspection and observation. Classes with gentle and fluid movements to become aware of the transformations in your body.

SECOND TRIMESTER: We work on strengthening arms and legs, so important for when we hold our baby, and we will do many hip openers and dynamic pelvic exercises.

THIRD TRIMESTER: We prepare for the most important moment of pregnancy with classes focused on hip opening to facilitate the baby's descent through the birth canal, accompanied by meditations and breathing exercises.
