Can someone please tell me why when I broadcast it doesn't work.. I simply did 2 test videos to make sure the app worked so I could use it for a project and it doesn't for me. The screen is blank and black on both videos. Video 1 nothing works video or sound and on video 2 only the sound works. This really sucks because you cannot even troubleshoot as there are no settings of any real significance and every time I try to do something I need to listen to a 30 second commercial. Ustream can you please help me assess the issue and I will be happy to adjust my rating.

Update 2017: why won't ustream keep us signed. Or at least save the email!? Also the people I follow is always unsaved. WTW. Hi I can't sign in. App won't allow users Id to be changed or email to me for verification. I forgot password. No email in my inbox to change password. It says sent but nothing in my inbox. Update: Now I have no account . I tried to make a new account. Can't even sign up for new account.

I'd give it 5 stars but for some reason it will not pull up my channels and I'm following anymore. What is going on with this? Why can't I pull up the channels that I follow? All it says now is items not found. I wish this would go back to the way it was where when I get on Ustream and click on channels and I'm falling, that they would show up but now something's going haywire and I don't know what it is can you guys please fix this? Otherwise it's great

I would give it higher than a 3 if I could figure out how to change my username!! Upstream just gave me one and I want to cha me it but don't know how

Wow, it's almost 2018, and STILL no Chromecast compatibility. Also, no direct local file-share-to-app feature that almost every video app service offers. I downloaded, and immediately deleted. Going to check out Live Stream. In addition, YouTube has live streaming now. Pair that will Ustream's lack of vision and innovation, there's zero reason to consider this product.

Drives me crazy that streaming audio cuts out when app minimized instead of playing audio in the background. Makes my phone useless while I'm listening. Is there a setting I'm missing to continue playing in background when I minimize the app? Thx.

I have been a Ustream broadcaster for 4 years. During that 4 years the quality of the customer service has gone down to zero. Stay away from this app or you will become intimate with frustration as your videos will not save unpredictably and customer service is a joke
It was great a couple years ago but the updates have ruined it. I can't even login now. The password reset does not even send a verification code. I have tried to contact support before and got an unconcerned reply. Still no resolution. I was able to login on the website but not the app. Update: I can login now, no thanks to the staff because there was zero help. Now the only problem is the notification of a channel going live isn't working. The problem has to be some reason the site is not sending emails to me which caused my other problem also.
This app is in poor quality. I constantly get signed out, I for some reason cannot log in with my username making me type out my entire email to log in which further agitates the logging out problem, the chat sometimes doesn't load at all, and if you decide to scroll up in chat and a new message is posted then the chatlog will snap back down to the new message making it impossible to keep up with an active chat. It does play streams though.
App no longer allows chat or previous video viewing on all 3 of my older tablets, which all work great otherwise. This stinks since we are paying for no commercials.
Great Live Streaming App Magnificent live views of Decorah Eagles, Apl!ve Atlanta Zoo with the only Great Panda twins in USA, Lioness Nikita from Big Cat Rescue, and many other live stream sites. Low cost ad free option available on site, but quality of live stream is the same whether you choose the option or not. Quick, responsive action when emailing customer service for any issue. Site is professionally maintained and quality customer service is a priority. First class live streaming site.
This app works excellent as storage for old android devices that I use as security cameras in/around my house and at the work site. I can monitor what is going on at anytime from anywhere I have a data connection. Works for me...
This app won't allow me to login using my fb account, this not letting me into my account. I'll just use the desktop version. This app completely sux for logging in. I made a new account and with my new phone, i still can't login
Joined so that I could follow NMAAHC, and after a while discovered that I had to go to the home page to pull up archived footage, but pretty smooth sailing after that.
Tried broadcastinf live but it just shows black on screen when i watched the live broadcast using my other device!! Useless!!!
Why is there no "Googlecast" option with this app? Without that option this app seems a little behind the times (ancient ?) other than that, it's a great app, however with Googlecast option, it would be greater than great.
Kept saying the password I typed in which is just for sign up said it was invalid and I don't know why
Constantly get logged out. Can't see the chat half of the time. Doesn't recognize the fact that I'm broadcasting from another device.
Please fix ,,,,, at first I was having issues with sign in but that seems ok now ,,,now some of the sites won't let you leave a Post,,,sometimes you have to wait awhile before you can post,, please , please ,fix ,,I've been a long time fan with Ustream !!! Thank You for your services!!!!!

Does not keep up with resent broadcasts. I get updates through Gmail; however, upstream ignores the playlist, and No help with logging in.
Can someone please tell me what happened to chat/videos and info that WAS available when in minimized view?
Its pretty good app stops broadcast on and off but its gets good to stream game play
Why i can't watching last videos?, and i can't talk with other?
