Not a good news app. Doesn't offer news to your interests. Likes to concentrate on subjects like cryptocurrency and cannabis. Does have a basic news 'for you' function, but it's too broad to narrow down to anything you'd want to read. For example, in one broad category you can pick sports, but you can't even pick what sports. They just show you what sports they want you to see, and nothing of relevance to what you would like to see. And not even current. Any local news is out of the question.

Snappy app, feels fast & responsive. Great quality video. Easy to browse past articles. I like that stories are presented in both text & video as sometimes I want to skim an article instead of commit to a video. Great source to watch live news events that go on for hours, like a more entertaining millennial hipster C-SPAN. Try the Cheddar flash briefing, a 1-2 minute video giving you the big stories of the day, so you can get all caught up in the time it takes to microwave a bag of popcorn.

Love the Cheddar Business channel. Keep up the good work! Unfortunately, the volume level fluctuates from very soft to very loud throughout the streaming of this channel.. Can you level out the volume fluctuations? Also, why is the video stream content the same for "Cheddar News" and "Cheddar Business" channels? Because of the volume fluctuation problem, I am rating this 4 stars rather than five.
