Similar to other reviewers, end users cannot review recordings. The app states that no video files are found even though the videos are on the server. The application appears to think it's one day ahead (10/9 instead of 10/8 for instance) when you want to review a video. My cameras and server have the correct and exact same time. I changed the rating to 5 stars. I spoke with U.S. support and updated my index settings on my recording server. This corrected the issue.
