There's seriously no English setting? The 1 sentence I found in English has more mistakes than a child's writing.. this is not a real company. Update: I spoke to customer service and they didn't speak English.

Phone threat scanning shows malware. Please check. I am using Android phone Samsung S23 Ultra with Android OS 14 One UI 6.0. Customer service is great. Reply in the next day for progress.

經查特定三星手機預載之防毒軟體McAFee判斷Richart Life APP部份沒有風險之程式套件具有疑風險，導致誤判顯示Richart Lfie為疑似惡意軟體。 Richart Life已緊急完成系統調整並於Google Play上架，客戶可至Google Play平台進行更新5.501版本(平台更新日期顯示為2023/12/21)。 Richart Life在上架之前，內部規定需通過多階段的資安檢測無虞，請經Google Play審核後後才能申請上架，敬請客戶安心使用無需恐慌。如遇視窗提示可選擇「仍要下載」繼續使用APP，造成客戶不便請見諒。
