Ratings and reviews

App is pretty much useless for most foreigners. Can't pay using Visa or Amex not issued in Taiwan. If Google Pay is associated with foreign Visa card, can't use that either. Only option is to pay at a convenience store. I used to be able to pay using foreign credit cards but for some reason, they chose to "upgrade" and make things user un-friendly.

Cannot distribute my Ticket to my 3 year old child, who doesnt have a phone or device. Had to cancel my tickets. This App is useless for family or groups with small children or foreigners. This App need too many permissions on a phone which doesnt make sense.

Useless app, cannot pass the Term of Use page, it says Network Error while I am clearly connected to the Internet. Also don't understand why you need a separate app to buy the tickets.
