【Renting steps】
■ Register as a member: You only need to register once and you can use both YouBike 1.0 and YouBike 2.0
■ Multiple rentals: Each member account can register electronic tickets (EasyCard, All-in-One Card) and scan the QR code to bind a credit card for a total of five tickets.
■ Deduction for returning the car: Confirm the screen information of the car and open the APP transaction record to confirm that the return of the car is successful.

verification code email never sends, tried multiple email addresses and even a phone number. verification code sms doesn't send either. so, app is completely broken update: I tried the register again the next day and it worked, so my theory is that the servers were down or something. fine app when it's working!

bad application, so hard to register an account and its always glitching (can't send sms, can't log in, can't register my credit card) now im stuck in the middle of nowhere because of the ubike log in glitch

can get by with the English version and youbike itself is great value (unless you get an ebike with an iffy battery). great map info about what's docked and how much battery on ebike. notifications sometimes stop working and then need to cheap data or reinstall.
