Ratings and reviews

The operations team got instructions to add English language function to this app in 2021, 5 years ago, and have done nothing. Using the Chinese version can't enter any card details, keep getting stuck on 載具名稱，with no clue what "vehicle name" means. Never mind, perhaps Taiwan will become bilingual by 2100, who knows, at this point government apps are a joke.

My experience with this app was perfect until the last update (apparently last week of June 2026). As an APRC holder, the app is now broken for me, because we only have a choice between "national ID" or "ARC with expiry date". As such I cannot redeem any prize. Please update the app and I'll change my review with pleasure

Is there a way to change language settings that I just can't seem to find. I've used the previous version for many years and was surprised that the updated version is English only
