Lions Clubs International founded the first Lions club in China in November 1926 in Tianjin, the Republic of my country. After years of war and chaos, the International Federation officially froze the membership of Lions clubs in Tianjin and Qingdao on March 27, 1949. In 1953, Lion Cai Xianzu (Manila Lions Club), an overseas Chinese leader in the Philippines, ran enthusiastically and asked the International Federation to establish a Lions club in Taiwan. It should be necessary for the establishment of the Lions Club. With the approval of the International Federation, Lion Cai Xianzu was commissioned many times. After coming to Taiwan to meet with my business celebrities, 20 famous social figures at the time, Zeng Xubai, Yang Jizeng, Wang Zhuyi, Qiu Hanping, were invited to be the founding promoters, and the Manila Lions Club was the recommendation and mentoring association. In June 1953 On the 24th, the first Lions Club (the current Taipei Central Lions Club) was established in Taipei City, and Yang Jizeng was invited as the first president.
Five years later, in 1958, the second Lions club in China was established. The Taipei City Southern District Lions Club met in English. Later, Tainan City, Keelung City, Taichung City, and Taipei City Western District Lions Clubs were established successively. In July 1959, the International President. my country's 300 temporary area number will be officially granted. It was not until 1978 that it officially became Multiple District 300, and four sub-districts 300A, B, C, and D were established. Since then, the Lions Club of the Republic of China in District 300 has entered a new milestone. Taipei County (now New Taipei City), Taoyuan, Hsinchu, Miaoli, and Keelung, Yilan, Hualien, and Taitung in the northeastern and eastern parts of Taiwan formerly belonged to District B. Due to the continuous increase in the number of members and the vast territory, in 1989 On July 1, 2008, Keelung, Yilan, Hualien and Taitung were divided into Zone F. The first director of District 300F was served by Lion Li Jianian of the First Lions Club of Keelung City. At that time, there were 40 clubs and 1,350 members.
Since its establishment, Lions Clubs International District 300F has entered its 34th year. There are currently 8 districts (2 in Keelung, 3 in Yilan, 2 in Hualien, and 1 in Taitung); 82 clubs (27 in Keelung, 27 in Yilan) branch, 17 branches in Hualien, 11 branches in Taitung), with 2,600 members. In the more than 12,000 days that we have passed, we have overcome difficulties and forged ahead bravely, and have gone all out to carry forward the lionism and practice the spirit of the lion. Let the spirit of the lion cut through the indifference of the society, and perfuse the earth and the universe with sincerity and true love. We Serve's actions are permanent, and We Serve's heart is always in his heart, which not only won the applause of the public, but also won the lion's friendship.
